At Wristtimes.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective
- You have received the wrong product
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and invoices intact
- Accompanied by a proper unboxing video
2. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening of the package
- The product condition
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Return / Exchange Timeframe
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be considered.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Requests without an unboxing video
- Products returned due to personal preference
5. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- The original product must be returned first
- The replacement product will be shipped after inspection
- Exchange is subject to product availability
6. Return Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup will be arranged once the request is approved.
In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our address.
7. Refunds
If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
